About Nisabi

Nisabi exists because "GCC calculator" too often means one generic formula stretched across six very different countries. We build one calculator per country instead.

What we do differently

Gratuity law in the UAE isn't the same as in Kuwait. Saudi Arabia's GOSI rates aren't the UAE's GPSSA rates. VAT is 5% in Oman and 15% in Saudi Arabia — not a regional average of the two. Every calculator on Nisabi is built from that country's actual current rule, cites where the number comes from, and is honest in its disclaimer about what it can't account for (contract specifics, exemptions, edge cases).

What's on the site

Bilingual by default

Every calculator ships in Arabic and English from the start, not as an afterthought — including right-to-left layout, Arabic-Indic numeral support, and region-appropriate currency formatting.

What we're not

Nisabi isn't a law firm, an accounting practice, or a fatwa service. Every calculator gives a standard estimate based on a documented formula — for decisions that matter, verify with the relevant authority or a qualified professional. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
