Calculate your take-home pay after GOSI (General Organization for
Social Insurance) deductions. Rates differ for Saudi and non-Saudi
employees, and Saudi nationals registered under the newer system pay
a higher, still phasing-in rate.
How it's calculated
GOSI contribution base: basic salary + housing allowance, capped at SAR 45,000/month.
Saudi, registered 3 Jul 2024 or later: employee 10.75%, employer 12.75% as of Jul–Dec 2026 — this system is still phasing in and rates rise further on a published schedule.
Non-Saudi: employer pays 2% (occupational hazards only); nothing is deducted from your pay.
Net salary = gross salary (basic + housing + other allowances) minus your GOSI share.
GOSI rates for Saudi nationals under the newer registration system are
on a multi-year phased increase — the figures above reflect the
Jul–Dec 2026 published rate and will change again. Confirm your
exact rate and registration category with GOSI directly before
relying on this for payroll decisions.
