How it's calculated
Based on basic salary only, with a daily rate of monthly salary ÷ 26.
Years 1–5: 15 days of basic salary per year.
Year 6 onward: 30 days of basic salary per year.
Capped at 18 months' total salary.
If you resign: under 3 years = nothing, 3–5 years = 1/2, 5–10 years = 2/3, 10+ years = full amount.
If your employer ends the contract: you receive the full accrued amount.
